If it goes the way of some of the famous rally hot hatches of the 80’s, I’ll be surprised. I suppose it is another motivation for me to keep mine in good shape. I won’t hold my breath on making any money on it in a distant future, even if hot pepper red is a rare color.

That depends.....are we talking stock ones? Because I could see stock ones being worth something. They are far too common though to ever be truly collectible

The RS? maybe; it depends on what is available in the future and how the head gasket/reliability stuff plays out. The ST twins? Nope; there just isn’t enough that is unique about them.
